Hi,
I just played a ranked game on Standard versus a Shaman. Toward the end where I didn’t have any cards in my deck, luckily my “Ethereal Lackey” allowed me to discover “Clever Disguise” which supposedly needed to provide Two random spells from another class but it didn’t provide anything. I ended up using 2 mana on top of it. I had around 5-6 cards in my hand. I was for sure had enough space to hold additional two cards.
When I play the card I played almost on top of my Rogue hero. This might be the reason. I was using upgraded hero power of Mage which deals 2 damage to any character.
It was very frustrating, luckily I still won the game. This was Standard Ranked 15. Game played on March 27, 2020 around 7:40am-8:00am UTC. If it is recorded on your servers, you will be able to review it clearly.

Just got the same issue, here is a screenshot where i played this card on turn 2 and took the screen shot on turn 3 after the opponent coined evil miscreant

It happened to me as well, twice. Both times would show the card in the history but no action. Luckily both my games were casual.
Also happened to me just now.
I’ve just played it in Arena, and it didn’t do anything. I’ve taken a screenshot, nothing happened.
Three times in a row. Breaking my Burgle Rogue deck completely!

Just adding to the list. I didn’t screencap it because I thought it might be my client so I restarted and still no cards. I’m wondering if we all found new cards that haven’t been released and that’s causing the issue…?
I have same situation. Blizzard what are you doing??? I lost my ranked game because of you 
FFS fix this! Lost 3 games already cos of this bug.
It happened to me too yesterday. I had it discounted to 0 after transforming into Galakrond. I played and gave me no card I had 4 cards in hand.
