Classic mode and Twist

Hello,

Please bring back the classic mode. I get that players have all the cards and your fear as a business is that people who play classic would not bring in the money…but that is not true for a couple of reasons.

First of all, myself and many others were buying the season pass for portraits, card backs and gold.

Second of all, you would think that players would just switch to regular or wild hearthstone and spend their money there…but from all the people i knew in the classic discord server have just quit the game.

I understand that the Twist mode was introduced to the game but when i open Hearthstone once a couple of months out of nostalgia, the game mode is unplayable, saying “Starts in >1 month”.

Please bring back the Classic mode, it won’t hurt this massive game, and you will make a lot of people happy.

Lastly, i know there was a bot problem, but with all due respect, closing the game is not how you resolve that issue.

Twist I didn’t like much. But classic, duels and fireside gatherings going away I really think we’re just bad moves. Mercenaries could have been a separate game and it may have done well though it wasn’t my thing either. Twist only feels bad as another failure but the others we lost were just better modes and I think fireside gatherings we’re just good for what the game is, keeping long time players and getting new players interested.
