we can only hope but odds are no. But we need another mode like classic or duels back, twist does not cut it and the fact they have made it clear they don’t not care about the mode anymore.

Plenty of bots in standard an wild too so your point?. Classic had players mixed in with the bots like Standard and wild whether you want to believe it or not.
The point is. There were literal streamers who would stream their climb in Classic and NEVER face a human opponent all the way to legend. Not once. That’s how few people played the mode. I myself did it twice and i think in total i faced maybe a dozen real humans the entire time in both climbs.
Not even remotely comparable to standard. In the end they shut down the mode because there were never enough players to support it.

Sounds a bit far fetched as people have made it clear they played classic.
Also I mean if bots are the issue we should shutdown standard and wild then right by your logic right cuz they have bots?

When your MMR reaches a certain point it’s is highly unlikely you will face many bots if any.
Yes people did play classic but not enough to create a sustainable pool of players. There are plenty of videos out there that you can find to show just how bad the classic mode was. Not to mention only a few decks that were competitive. It’s the same reason duels got removed. Not enough players to justify its existence.
Wild itself barely has a healthy player base and standard has been basically stuck in a holding pattern for years. The largest portion of players are in BG’s.

I think you may be missing that some people just want to beat bots with legacy decks because that’s how they feel powerful.
It’s much easier than say, learning to actually play the game.
You aren’t going to convince them with facts and logic because their position isn’t rooted in those things.
I mainly play standard but i still enjoy the odd other mode like classic was my go to when i needed downtime. The fact i like improving in most modes helps disprove your comment.

If you say so. It was one player for every 20 bots at the end, and if you tried to climb it was worse.
People posted all about it here in realtime, and closing classic is what pushed all the bots to standard. They’ve been attacking a massive bot problem for the last couple years.
Bringing back classic is a bad idea.
So if classic is a fail and twist is a fail would you be in favor of duels? I did not play the mode but i hear it was a lot of fun.
I have liked several of the twist versions.
Me? No.
But that mode died because it was too costly to maintain it with the revenue it brought in. It was a cool game, but it needed to be updated and curated each time cards were added to the game. When they made buckets group by expansion, it pretty much killed the mode’s entire draw and was the beginning of the end.
I would rather they not add anything to game, honestly.
I think BG should spin off to its own client and Heathstone II should launch with a better/more modern graphics engine and better game coding.
the newest version didn’t even reset the ladder for it lol. I think that speaks for itself.
I have not played BG much, other games close to it i feel do it better so why not just play them is my feelings so I support both game types going their own way.
Because it still needs you to buy old packs, and I’m not wasting my F2P optimization for a temporary thing.
Give all cards temporarily for free for Twist and other such formats if you want to see them played.
But the Devs are too greedy for their OWN good.

For me. I find the premade twist decks they had in a few twist seasons more interesting.

I faced bots only a couple of times (less than in wild) so don’t really know what to tell you ¯\(ツ)/¯.
That would make you the big exception. Barely anyone played Classic and it was just bot infested.
