“Twisted Reality” - Part of the Cho’gall((s)) 
anomaly effects , was experiencing issues within the past two days. As it says the first time a player draws a card on their turn , shuffle an extra copy into their deck. I couldn’t tell if I was already overloading the opponent with high health/ attack so the opponent needed to play more cards… but my card count typically stayed the same as the opponents diminished quicker … please take a look at this.
If your opponent drew additional cards and you didn’t, it’s the expected behavior
Plenty of reasons why this might happen.
The most obvious one is “your opponent drew extra cards, and you didn’t”.
It ended up being the first card “played” on a turn.
