The card „withdraw the card to your opponent’s hand (costs 2 more)” removed my chapel permamently.
Was your hand full? If so, your hand cannot hold any more cards, so the minion was destroyed.

I’m pretty sure the OP is referring to Solo Adventure, and the Shrine bug.
Ah. I wondered what he meant by “chapel”.
If it is indeed about the Shrine in the solo adventure, there is a known bug interaction with Freezing Trap:
My hand wasn’t full ;/
Hence why it’s listed in the Known Issues sticky. It’s a known bug that will get fixed soon.
