Was just playing in a game against a fellow mage, and I have Celestial Ink Set equipped. It was triggering on my opponent’s turn, when they cast a spell, as well as on my own.

Yep, I just got this bug too. I had the Celestial Ink Set equipped, and the opponent spell casts counted for the mana towards weapon completion
