iPhone 17 Pro max user and BG player. For the past month I’ve had a glitch where every time I either: enter a match (in the wheel when match is found), attempt to spectate, or reconnect into a match after being disconnected or resetting the app the game will freeze for 30-60 seconds before allowing me to re-enter. This is obviously a drag for a disconnect during a game.
It appears something with cataclysm background may be causing this, as when the patch released today on computer but I was still on previous patch on mobile, the background was the normal hearthstone background and the glitched stopped. When I updated to the newest patch on mobile, the glitch returned.
Please give us an option to remove these graphics.
