Cards missing when creating Duels deck

Greetings travelers,

I have recently discovered that cards are SOMETIMES missing when creating Duels decks.
At two different occasions (8th of July and 10th of July) I was creating a quest Rogue deck. On the 8th of July I could add the card Ram Commander, but on the 10th it was completely missing from the deck creation collection. It was not just banned, completely gone. Searching it showed an empty collection. Similar thing happened with Sphere of Sapience. Yesterday I could not see it when creating a Diablo deck. But today with mage I could see it.

Can someone explain if the deck creation is supposed to be this inconsistent, please?
Cause if it is, it is kind of an unpleasant thought that I have to check the whole collection every single time I create a Duels deck, to see whats available.

I think the problem is the client still thinks is in Twist mode and hides them , for me a game restart and going directly to duels usually fix it …
