Cards lost after opening new envelopes from new expansion

I have opened several packs from the last expansion and when I go to look at the collection they do not appear and I get to create them when I should have them, I had even won several repeats and they do not appear
I don’t know which ones or how many there were but 2 that I do remember having won from the envelopes and I don’t have them in the collection are “Assembly Robot” and the “Games House Giant” and I’m not sure if there were more but those were I remember them.
Let’s see if you can help me with that to see if I can recover them all.

PS: I didn’t disenchant anything, I was just going to put together a deck and I couldn’t find them. I already reinstalled the game too.

Are you sure you selected the right game mode?

If your collection is set to “Twist” then you won’t see the new cards.

What filter do you have active?

Well, I use the filter from the last expansion Whizbangs workshop and choose 7+ and only the one they gave away at a cost of 8 appears.
If I go to card creation, “Games House Giant” and “Assembly Robot” do appear to create them, which means that I can use them in standard mode. But as I said, I clearly remember seeing them when opening envelopes and I haven’t disenchant any cards.

I have also tried to contact customer support but it won’t let me, I get an error.

I’m sorry but it is quite difficult to understand what exactly the problem is from your description.

Can you make screenshots and show what your collection looks like if you go to those 2 specific cards?

It’s simple, I’m missing some of the cards I earned from the boosters of the game’s last expansion, and I’m sure I’m missing them. It has nothing to do with the cards that were removed due to rotation.
