I am reporting a serious bug affecting my Hearthstone account! Several cards, including legendary cards, have mysteriously vanished from my collection.
The issue came to light when I attempted to use specific decks that I have built and saved. While the deck lists remain intact, numerous cards within those decks are now marked as missing, I’m forced to re-craft them from dust that otherwise would have been used to serve a better purpose, despite knowing I own them. This includes standard and both regular and golden legendary cards.
I have never intentionally disenchanted any of my legendary cards, especially golden legendaries. I am a dedicated player and take great care in managing my collection. The fact that these cards have simply vanished without explanation is deeply concerning and frustrating.
This bug feels like a digital form of Alzheimer’s, where cards are being “forgotten” by the game. It seems that with each new expansion, more cards are being added, while older cards are being phased out or forgotten, leaving players like myself with incomplete decks and the need to re-craft cards they already own.
I urge you to investigate this issue immediately. This bug significantly impacts the gameplay experience and prevents players from enjoying their collected cards and decks. I am confident that this is a widespread issue affecting other players, and a swift resolution is crucial to maintaining player trust and enjoyment of the game.
