There was a card rotation and a change of the core set weeks ago. You can read about it here:

I had a pretty big collection of cards and I lost cards for each individual game class+ common.
For example: I clearly remember that i had following legendary cards for a warrior: Darius Crowley, Don Han’Cho, Blackhowl Gunspire, The Boom Reaver
How did you find that they were missing?
Did you browse your collection looking for specific cards?
Did you try to build a deck using a deck code you copied from the internet?
You have not specified that : have you correctly filtered your collection to include wild expansions ? you won’t see these cards if you stay in standard mode
