Cards disappeared from the collection

Dear Blizzard,
I noticed that from the date of 03/25 morning to 03/26 morning some cards literally disappeared from my collection. I noticed this because some decks suddenly appeared incomplete: it appeared that the card in the deck list was not owned, but it was part of the collection the day before! For example, a golden version of Catrina Muerte that I owned disappeared, I lost the legendary Zola the Gorgon: it disappeared (it suddenly shows me an error on E.T.C.), the armor merchant disappeared… and many others could be disappeared without that I noticed that because they are not used in the decks that I have built. They could be vanished without any way for me to track that. Other cards, although reported as not owned in the deck lists, were present in the collection and I had to manually remove them and reinsert them in the deck lists to complete the deck again. I kindly ask you to investigate the problem, because it is really unpleasant. Thank you.

You never owned zola, she was available to you as part of the core set. Core cards rotate are replaced by new ones. You never bought her or opened her from a pack. She is a loan card. You will notice in your collection new cards that previously were not present. Like falric or anachronos.

Some of the cards you are missing like etc can be found on wild. You can play cards in standard mode if they belong to the last 2 years. 2023 pool rotated. Afterwards they are playable in wild mode.

This is because of the Core set rotation that happened today.

The Core set is a large group of cards that Blizzard loans to everyone for free. These cards show up as part of your collection, but you cannot craft or disenchant them.

Every year, Blizzard removes some cards from the Core set and adds others, to keep the set fresh and interesting.

Your missing cards were part of the Core set, on loan from Blizzard. You never owned them.

The game itself notified you that the decks were incomplete. What other tracking do you want?

That’s because when you built the deck, you (perhaps unknowingly) used the Core version of that card, instead of the original expansion version.

If you own the original expansion version of that card, you can easily edit the deck to add it in place of the Core version. The game will not do this step for you.

Thank you very much for your answer, all is clear now.
