Card “Torch” has no text in Arena

In arena deck card torch has no text on it. U can see it here
I’m using iPhone 7+ iOS 13.2.
Hearthstone version 15.6.35747

Thanks for the report. This is already listed as a Known Issue:

Known Issues List 2019 - Updated Dec 12th

November 6th, 2019 Decks can show missing cards in the Collection Manager. (Note: Editing the deck twice may help resolve this issue) Squelch setting is not applying. Quest Reroll is not appearing for players. Forgotten Torch is missing text in non-English locale.
