So I get the pop-up to reroll my normal legendary card when I get the signature card. OK. I am not sure about the mechanic, so I didn’t reroll, hoping that I can reroll after. But I cannot do that after I clicked into my collection.

I feel like if Blizzard wants to do a mechanic like this to benefit the players, you might as well offer it for real, not like this one-time pop-up thing

same problem. I was ambushed by the decision and didn’t understand if they were offering so i declined in order to see what they were on about.

That would require blizzard to care enough about your experience after you already spent your money.

Same thing, got signature legendary an misread the popup that it would reroll signature one and refused. I think this would need a fix to veing able to reroll later as nothing is really changed whether you make the decision rihht away or a day later.

Hello there!
I Have preordered the new Death Knight hero portrait.
I have entered the game on release day.
I got the golden version of the Alexandros Mograine card and the signature (uncraftable version).
Why am I not able to reroll the golden version?
No pop-up or anything similar…

I think if both are uncraftable, then no reroll. It would offer you to reroll the craftable versions once you get uncraftable ones

I hope that reroll system only applies to uncraftable cards so the choice is obvious when it comes to deciding whether or not to reroll… but as Blizzard you have to say it, players won’t ever be sure about any 1 thing to do with their dust / cards in this game, so I think it’s 1 of two:

  1. you put a detailed description of what is about to happen during reroll, and most of all, you SAY “it’s now or never” so I may think about it 2 more minutes before refusing straight away, or
  2. you let us reroll also later in the game with any eligibly rerollable card.

IF and only IF only the uncraftable cards are rerollable, at least say it! I couldn’t know, I wanted to transform my Reno Jackson into 400 dust after getting the diamond one (farming duels these weeks, it’s easy to build a deck with monocopies using dust), and only after refusing the reroll I noticed it was uncraftable. So this is totally unfair.

reno isnt uncraftable…it just happen to be a core set card at the same time

Yeah I also pressed reroll my diamond Reno Jackson, but then I got a crappy second Brann Bronzebeard. I am dissapointed about the re-roll function, it shouldn’t ask you, if you want to re-roll for cards, if you get a duplicate instead. It only should ask you, if you get card that isn’t in your collection.

So is there a way to get my diamond Reno back for this second copy of Brann (didn’t disentchant him yet)?

Yep same issue.
Good thing i stopped caring about the game or i would probably be pissed.
