There are huge opportunities to improve the card library experience, and to fix some bugs.
- If you search for newly added cards (using “new” in search box), and if there are three or more on any one page, if you look at more than one of the new cards (such as to disenchant them), the others disappear—bug. And you can’t easily find them again if you didn’t take a mental note of their names. Very frustrating when you’re trying to disenchant new unwanted cards.
- That bug aside, you should be able to filter your card library by “recently added” by some suitable amount of time, e.g. one day or even one week. If I open a whole bunch of card packs, I want to filter the library to see them all.
- There should be a way to filter your library view by cards that are disenchantable. Please, please. I don’t want to have to do a half-hour pass through my entire library every few weeks to find cards I could disenchant for classes I never play. “Oh there’s one! Oh no, not disenchantable.” x 1000
- I want the ability to jump to a library page by mana cost in a class, not filter by mana cost. So jump to 5 mana on Mage, for example, and then I can look at cards that cost 5 and above.
- It would be fun to be able to preview a gold version of a card before deciding whether or not to upgrade. I know you can undo, but that feels weird to spend and trust that undo will work.
- Gold versions of cards should surely be combined with regular versions in the library view, and the default UI is you select gold versions first when adding to a deck.
- Searching for card by rarity (e.g. typing “legendary”) should work on substrings (e.g. “legen”). Minor one, but annoying.
- I’d like to filter by types of cards ideally: spells, and then specifically damage spells (without having to guess all the keywords a damage spell could use)
