This is a “Discover” card. But when it triggers it “Draws” from your deck instead of triggering “Discover”. Basically its says “Discover” but it draws from your deck instead. I verified this by noting the number of cards in my deck before i used it. and after i used it my deck went down a card.
General Discover will pull from the full card list and create a copy of your choice.
Discovering from a specific location, like the deck, will show options from that location and pull the card from there, unless it specifically says it discovers a copy.
Card Grader specifically calls out that it pulls from the deck and does not say it makes a copy.
This isn’t a bug.
