For many of my card backs right now when selected for any deck they will not appear during a match but will display the classic card back instead. This has only started happening recently. Lame.

This is happening to me as well. When the switch was made to make random card backs the default, which is a fine change, for whatever reason the Classic card back was also made a favorite. However, it is /overriding/ decks where the player puts in a specific card back.
There are many questions here:
- Why was Classic made a favorite?
- Why can’s the player remove that favorite status?
- Why does it override a set back?
- How was this not caught in testing? It is obvious!

Still seeing this. Very annoying considering card backs are monetized.

I’m still having issues with my card back reverting to the default classic one. When I equip a card back, it seems to work for a few games and then revert to classic. Using the favorite feature seems to work though.

This happens to me in a variety of circumstances. It used to be that my card backs revert to my favorited one, now it reverts to classic.

I will keep bumping this until the HS team sees this. Please look into it, it’s rather annoying when many card backs are paired with purchases.

I just set a Hero and a card back to a deck but when I started a match it had reverted to a Favorite Hero and Classic card back.
