Hello Support Team,
I completed the Warcraft Rumble tutorial and defeated Hooger approximately two days ago (on iOS). The game displayed a popup saying I earned the Hearthstone card back, but it has not appeared in my Hearthstone collection.
Both Warcraft Rumble and Hearthstone are logged into the same Battle.net account. I’ve force-quit and restarted both apps multiple times and waited over 48 hours.
Could you please verify my account completion and manually grant the missing Hearthstone card back if applicable?
