The card back I can earn for winning 5 standard games in August 2025 is the general, blue Hearthstone card back. Not sure if this concerns EU servers only. I’ve seen other people post about it online as well.

Same here. After winning 5 times, the August card back is not in my collection.
It showed me the default blue card back as the prize for winning 5 times, i thought thats just a visual bug. But after the wins i didn’t get anything.

Same here! I would think this is a bug - or a pebkac error (problem exists between keyboard and chair)

Same for me here in EU.
I have consciously not played for days to not get my 5 wins before this was fixed. Here it is Sunday and I could wait no longer. A simple bug still not resolved so I just went ahead and got my 5th win anyway. Hopefully a new card back magically appears for all of us if/when this is ever resolved.

They put out a new patch for battlegrounds, why couldn’t this have been fixed with this newest update?

After today’s hotfix, winning one game added the card back to my collection. I had previously completed the 5 wins before the bug fix.
