The enhanced picture shows seams a bit inordinate, like on a jeans, the fabric looks rugged and the leather a bit “used”: Reminiscent to my dad’s old back pack from the boy scouts days.

Upon a detailed look at the pics, the backpack appears to be legit. With their recent track record though I wouldn’t be shocked if they pulled a Bethesda. Not that I have an need of one, but I wouldn’t drop a cent until I’ve seen an in-person review of one.
It’s RNG. 1 in 20 backpacks sold are Legendary and made of canvas and the rest are just varying levels of plastic cheapness, with common backpacks being made of tissue paper.
Looking at the link Wardrum posted, the backpack looks to small for my taste.
Plus I dislike the stiched on badge that names California. As I think that state is pure trash.
This is a big one. I could see me using it for my clothes to/from work (we have to wear specific uniforms/gear at my job and I just wear sweatpants/tshirt home since there’s a laundry service there) but I see little full-scale backpack use for this bag.
This definitely feels really, really unnecessary on a fantasy-driven item.
You can never be too sure if the stuff is legit.

as a hardcore fallout fan, fallout 76 is worst game of all time, and yes it has to be said again and again.
They did singlehandedly turn the song Country Roads into one of the biggest bandwagon releases in the past few years.
Dude, what you on about small? My “overnight” backpack is smaller, and I can easily get 4-5 days worth of clothing into it. I still wouldnt buy it, 'cos this:

Hopefully they can find enough Canvas Mines to mine all that canvas. 2018 was a tough year after all: canvas was in such short supply that people starved to death!
