I have just noticed since hitting level 99 I can no longer buy packs with gold in the shop. Everything is blanked out except the option to buy 1 pack only for 1 price. Is this always the case? Frustrating.
When buying packs with gold, the interface defaults to buy 1 pack at a time. But if you double-click the “1 pack 100 gold” button, a popup opens where you can enter the number of packs you want to purchase (maximum 50), so you don’t have to keep clicking if you want to get a whole bunch of packs for gold.
If you try to purchase packs with real money and it doesn’t work, then I suggest opening a support ticket.

That’s a good tip, I never knew about the double click thing; I was buying them one at a time like a noob lol

Turned out it was just bugged. It is back to normal now. Btw I didn’t mean 1 price as in gold. It was showing literally 1 pack option for 1 $ option everything else was totally missing.
Might be the same bug I just had, but in a slightly different form. I wanted to add a link to an Imgur post to show the screenshow, but it looks like I’m not allowed, but this sounds a lot like what I saw when trying to buy a Forged in the Barrens pack for gold in the shop. There was only an option to buy for EUR 9.99; the menu on the left to select different options was blank. Relaunching the game fixed it.
