Most battlecry minions that target allow you to right click on PC to return the minion to your hand instead of casting it. Chillin’ Vol’jin does not allow this. I presume that is due to it having 2 target selections. Specific scenarios: Every other battlecry minion Left click and hold, drag to the board, release click. Targeting arrow pops up. Right click to not cast the minion and return it to your hand. Chillin Voljin Left click and hold, drag to the board, release click. Targeting arrow pops up. Cannot right click. Must select to minions to target.

He’s saying that it won’t cancel even before choosing the first target.
