Was trying to play as warrior vs. Warrior to do the secret riddle quest.
It says “There was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again.” All of the tiles for “Choose Opponent” go pink.
This is on mobile.

I’m having the same issue on both mobile and desktop. Expert practice mode does work but after playing all the cards to trigger the puzzle nothing happens.

I’m also having this issue. are you guys using standard or wild decks? I’m using a wild deck and I’m just wondering if that’s got anything to do with it.

Same here, with a standard deck against the basic inkeeper.
Both mobile (Android) and PC issues cause the error.
On PC, I also see half of the inkeeper classes turning purple.
Mobile just prompts a reconnect.

Exact same issue. I believe above posters are correct, too much server stress form Achievment hunting, bet the practice mode has low priority due to it’s general lack of use.
again same issue here on pc, this might be the result of the maintenance patch the other night
I am experiencing this exact same issue with all of my decks. Non of them work but the other game modes do work. Please fix this asap because I would like to be able to do the secrets for the barens.
Same issue here. Just adding another hit to this in case it increases the priority for them to fix it.
This just in, multi-billion dollar gaming company blizzard/Activision doesn’t have enough servers apparently to allow people to play against computers. Jfc

Yep, same issue with both standard and wild decks. Happening against normal and expert AI.

It feels like everyone watched the same Regis video an hour after I did. It was working fine and I was even enjoying some boringly simple games while I get a feel for how secret rogue draws when it suddenly started giving me the same problems.
At least it’s a nice shade of pink. Almost the same as my nails and now I’m jealous.

In case anyone reads this topic and is thinking the same thing I did: sadly, ONLY the Innkeeper works (I tried Nightbane), so currently there’s no way to bypass the bugs.
