Hello, my issue is with a new deck in duels, I would like to start by saying that I’ve tried everything after a few hours of searching on google and the forums, from deleting the game / battle.net / both and re-installing them, scanning and repairing, trying everything in the beta mode of battle.net, deleting each and every %local% / %appdata% to trying it on mobile (I play on PC) because I had a similar error and found a way to solve it by just starting a match on mobile and that worked. And sadly I can’t even retire the deck since I haven’t lost / won any matches and it seems to be a requirement.
I want to play, I finally got the hero I was trying to get after a few duds, and just to add insult to injury it’s in heroic so I’m just straight out missing my runestones.
Please help me, at the very least retire the deck and give me the equivalent in gold or whatever so that I can keep playing.

You haven’t said WHY you can’t start.
What happens, specifically, that is stopping you from starting a match?
Do you get an error message?
Is the Start/Play button non-clickable?
Is the Start/Play button missing altogether?
Does the local sheriff knock down your door and haul you off to jail?

I forgot to add, I don’t know if it will be useful but the error is “There was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again”
From what I’ve seen it seems to be a generic error for many issues but maybe that helps, also this error started the day before yesterday so it’s safe to say that a few minutes have already passed lol.

Cannot start a Duel during search for an opponent, searchings stops after 4 --20 second
error message: “There was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again” that have happened since yesterday evening. i had used repair option twice and changed the Language pack to US English. But i have still the problem.

Yeah, all 3 of us seem to be having the same issue, hopefully we can get help.

I wrote my current problems at the german forum, people told me that they had the same problem in the past and did not get help, after new duel season did start they were able to play duels
