Whenever I’m in a group and we queue battlegrounds together, I can’t see other players names, I only see their character’s name. If I queue solo, I can see player names, it’s just annoying to not know who my friends are and have to constantly keep asking them.
Do you have a screenshot of how the characters on the left show if you hover your mouse over them?

I also am having this issue. Also every regular hearthstone game lists the person I’m playing against as “Your Opponent”. I’m trying a reinstall now, but I doubt it’ll work, with all the cache files floating around.
This happens when the opponent has enabled the “Appear Offline” option.
It seems unlikely that every opponent would do this, though.
Do you yourself have that option enabled?

PC: Ctrl+Shift+S to toggle Streamer mode. Takes effect next game.

oh my god I never would’ve known this because i hit that key combo OFTEN to screenshot in firefox.

i can saw u many screen of that, you can’t report guy beacause you don’t see their name… play more and you see it, you can’t show the name of your opposent
