So, after the update, I can’t quick disenchant my extra cards. The screen for showing the extra cards doesn’t appear even though the dust icon is shaking near the crafting button, and the “disenchant extra cards” button just isn’t there.
EDIT: Actually, it seems the problem is that the dust icon is appearing even though I don’t have any extra/triplicate cards. I just checked my entire collection and I don’t have any extras.
Came here for exactly the same issue. I entered “Extra”, checked the Standard and Wild tabs (and Classic), no cards showing. When I click on the Crafting button, the “Disenchant all your Extra Cards” button is not there, which also generally means there are none. Not sure why the glow is triggering, then. I sincerely hope this isn’t due to the un-received Classic cards (from the achievements). The “you have duplicates” should be independent between the current (Standard/Wild) and Classic environments or some day I’m going to inadvertently get rid of cards I can’t get back.
Yep, I’m seeing this bug too. I assume it has something to do with the new Classic set, but I’m going to wait until Monday to see what happens when the set launches.
No change as of 4/2.
Same issue here. I last logged in a week ago and the dust icon was there. It’s still there today, a week later.
Same here, and I do know I have extras.
i have extras, button has dissapeared and they dont even respond… i have multiple instances where i have 8 copies of the same card.

Hi! I have the same dust bottle shaking near the craft button issue and i see in my collection that i have double cards, but cannot disenchant them. Also bought the classic bundle and it showed me that i would get 1,4 k dust but i only got 775 dust. Pls blizz fix this issue! I have uninstalled, repaired and reset my game and still stuck with the same issue. Getting kinda annoyed for it is not working as it should be 
The dust icon is appearing maybe because of the heritage and fondamental set. If you go to Collection> Choose the filter Wild cards, you can see that you have cards in double, even if it is not the same set.
For example, Thalnos Bloodmage in this filter is double present. One of the set Heritage, the other one of the set Fondamental. Maybe for the dust icon, the algo detect the cards as extra, whereas it is not the same set.
Blizzard seems to be ignoring this issue entirely…

I am having the same problem, but with the ‘disenchant all’ (If I remember correctly) Just came back to the game after a year away. I opened about 80 packs and I can’t see anything beyond doubles. Blizzard, help please.
Same for me, launched game after a couple of years not playing.
