So I decided to see if I swapped to EU if it would end up working. I can play on EU… but when I try to play on NA… nothing works.
IT’s frustrating because all of my cards and cosmetics are all on NA and I have nothing for EU.

Do you also get this? I can log into Hearthstone using another account but when I try my main account, I get ‘closed the game was unable to log you in through blizzard services’
I am assuming it’s the same thing. I’m on my account, but nothing works for me on NA… so I’m playing Bg’s on EU.
When Hearthstone loads up when I log into NA… it comes up but I can’t do anything and it just ends up crashing.
My friend who I play duo’s with… her account is fine.
Same here, can not play BG in NA.
They are working on it.
Same as everyone else here and cant get-out of battlegrounds menu without closing down, but some Solo games work sometimes.
No, they are not. You post your snippet every chat, yet, there is no update. Game breaking issue. I don’t care what chat they put it in, more need to be made until they fix it, and your copy/paste antics don’t help anyone.

I love how if you look at the Arena bug from this thread they immediately work on diagnosing and fixing the issue. But this issue that has multiple threads, just a line saying they are “investigating” and then crickets.
They are aware of it… I saw another post by one of the GM’s in another post similar to mine. I still don’t have access as of yet. Still only able to play on EU only.
‘Aware’ and ‘Doing something’ are two different things. If they are ‘doing something’, then you’d think they would update people rather than having the game in a completely unplayable state for 24 hours.

Feels more like ‘aware and don’t really care, not that high a priority’, they jumped right on that arena issue though
