Can't play on mobile

  1. I install the game from Google Play Store
  2. it logs me to US region, I switch to EU
  3. the game restarts and says “Hearthstone has been updated! Please download the latest version”. But I’m already on the latest version ( that’s what Google Play tells me ).

3 times I try to uninstall the game and try again - I always have this issue. I give up.

I’ve had the same problem, for years. Years.

Let that sink in.

“Closed. Hearthstone has been updated! Please download the latest version.”

When I literally just downloaded the latest version of Hearthstone, on the latest version of iPadOS. (And deleted and re-installed, repeatedly.) There’s nothing that’s not current.

There’s no reason for the problem, except Hearthstone itself. And Blizzard.

Given the number of people reporting this exact problem on these forums, going back at least five years, it seems clear that either Blizzard is incompetent at fixing fundamental problems with the app, or they just don’t care.

Точь в точь такая же проблема. Скачал игру и не запускает. Пишет есть обновление, а в плец маркете его нет.
