I selected a random mage deck in heroic mode but had to leave before pressing play on the first challenge, so my game timed out after however long (30 minutes-ish). I start up hearthstone a couple hours later and now in heroic mode it’ll bring up challenge 1 but my hero portrait is not at the bottom left. The first time I press the play button it’ll look like it clicks but nothing happens and then I can’t press it again. I have tried restarting a million times and all different methods. I am able to play classic heist. Please help, its been over 3 days of not being able to play this new content with my friends.
