Can't Make It Past The Doors

I have not been able to play this game on my Mac for months. Plays fine on my PC but I need it on both. Gives the error below:
HS:CT;NetCacheProfileNotices=0;NetCacheDecks=0;NetCacheCollection=0

Please help, it has been a very long time since it has worked correctly.

I’m having this same issue. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling, reboots, deleting folders, everything I can think of. Please help!

So sorry, I just realized that I have the answer to this and I’ve been playing and not sharing with the community, okay so here is what you do:

  1. Go to your battle.net
  2. on hearthstone you see this button that says play and you will see what appears to be gears next to play
  3. Select Game Settings: look for “Additional Command Line Arguments” and check mark that box
  4. enter the following command “-force-glcore”

Enter then run the game.

REMEMBER you will not be able to run the application from the launchbar via Hearthstone Ap Icon. YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE TO RUN THE APPLICATION FROM BATTLE.NET

But hey at least it’ll work. Currently working on latest 11.5.2
