Hi,
I completed Chapter 5 of adventure “Tombs of terror” (Saviors of Uldum) a few weeks ago, but after killing Tekahn I didn’t get the final reward (golden pack + card back).
I killed Tekahn with a combo that dealt twice 135 damage among all enemies (“The Gatling Wand” + “Lei Flamepaw” with Reno), when the boss had less than 100 health left, and it provoked display bugs with the animations (when passing under 50 health), it may be linked to my problem.
When I reopen the adventure it first displays like if the reward was still available (<=> chapter 5 not ended), but when I return to the general view (the “map” where the 5 chapter are displayed), it displays “5/5 completed”
Then if I go back to chapter 5 it displays as completed (end image instead of the rewards)
To be sure I completed chapter 5 again today and I still don’t get the reward (golden pack + card back)
Could you please fix this?

Hello everyone,
sorry for reviving this thread, but I seem to face the exact problem as the OP.
I also beat Tekahn with a deadly combo in phase 1, and it shows 5/5 completed but I didn’t get the rewards.
I have since finished the boss for a second time without any success in solving this issue.
It would be very much appreciated if you could have a look into this and help me out here!

Hey,
To me what happened was that I got the golden pack and the card back from completing the full adventure but I didn’t get the 3 Packs for completing that chapter. It’s a bug, because sometimes when I check the end of the adventure it shows the rewards there like I haven’t finished already.
Can someone please fix this?

This ist still not fixed… I have the same problem. Cleared the wing a couple of times, but won’t get the three card packs for clearing it the first time.

Wow, this but was first reported in March of 2020. The last reply in April of 2021 has the same issue - and now I have it, still unresolved, in January of 2022! WTF Blizzard! Fix this already!

THIS IS STILL NOT FIXED!!!
All chapters completed but no reward. I need the rewards to help with Duels. Blizzard - I have spent a good amount of money on Hearthstone - fix this bug!!!

Same here … I completed all the chapters and still gets no rewards at all … That kind of bug is very frustrating

I also didn’t get the 3 card packs reward after completing chapter 5. I try to complete this chapter every few years, but the problem is still not resolved
