Im having the same issue and im trying to figure out if theres a solution yet? Im thinking maybe its from the event going on right now it mustve interfered with something in the game but im only guessing. Please fix this issue.

Me too! The lack of reward is a big problem. Tech support didn’t help. The answer was “write to the forum”. Dear Blizzard, “How to be?” I can’t get priest skin 
I have had the same issue for more than a week. Can you please fix it Blizzard? It’s pretty frustrating.
Been waiting for this bug to be fixed for quite some time now. Can’t even claim the bonus gold after the hero skin that can’t be claimed.

Same issue here, can’t get the skin despite currently being lvl 115. What’s strange is that about 5 of my friends have reached level 100 on the season pass, and were able to redeem their hero skin without any issue, although we’re all based in the same region (Europe).
I too cannot collect my level 100 hero portrait reward on NA (it worked fine on EU before the patch btw) .
I saw some links to 24.6 Known Issues - #74 by IAmHydrogen-11193 saying that it’s a known issue that will be adressed in 25.0 patch but now I don’t see that there anymore, can anyone clarify ?

Now my concern is that the rewards will reset in a month with the new expansion (not sure, but maybe?). So it would be great to claim the skin before it resets.
