Cannot switch accounts

I have two accounts for the european region.

Yesterday i deinstalled heartstone and installed it again. Logged in on one account but when i want to switch to my other account the europe region button is greyed out and not available so i cant switch.

Anything i am missing here ?

No, you aren’t missing anything. This has been reported in these forms multiple times since the patch was released. I have no idea why Blizzard updated the known issues list without putting this on it; that’s highly frustrating.

I’ve also been effectively locked out of 4 accounts since the patch, because you can’t switch accounts within the same region.

What a bummer… i saved so much gold and packs on my priest account for wastelands…well lets hope they fix this soon i guess. Thanks for your quick reply friend!

Until the issue is solved, you can still access your other accounts but you have to first log in another region and then it will allow you to switch back to europe.

How exactly does one do that? I’m not able to log out (on mobile the only way to log out afaik is the switch accounts button), and so I’m not able to get to a log in screen - every time I open the app, it automatically logs me into the same account I’ve been stuck in. My only option seems to be switching that account to another region’s server, but it sounds like I’ll lose a bunch of stuff if I do that.

So how do I do what you’re suggesting?

No, you basicly start a fresh account in another region when you log back into your region everything is still there. You dont loose anything at all.

Log into asia for example…

Then log back to europe and choose the account you wanna play.

Two person can’t use one device to play. Please, fix!!! It’s so simple and so basic function: log off. Why I haven’t it???
