When I enter arena mode, I canโt do anything, I can only click on options or on the friends list, All the other buttons are unclickable, dead,
and to return to the game, I have to quit the game and restart the game,

Same issues here, i can reload it and it goes right back to unresponsive after i click on arena.
I also canโt play arena. When I click to play after using a ticket, I canโt select a class to play. It is unplayable.
I do have the same issue.

I also have this issue. The arena screen loads, and after that everything is locked except for Friends and Options. Basically frozen until I quit.
Decided to try Arena after 4 years. Also canโt play it. Very frustrating
Just mirroring what everyone is saying here.
Since the update whenever I open the Arena the screen becomes โunclickableโ.
I cannot start the arena, I canโt click on tickets, I canโt go back to the main menu. I can only open the options page and the friends list.
Only choice I have is to close the game completely and reopen it to get back to the main page and be able to click on things again.

Hi so far I have read 3 other posts about this and yes, I am in that same boat only option is to quit game i am 3 tickets in and their only solution to me was to post here so other players can help but it is their problem to fix I think so maybe if enough of us keep posting this maybe they will really look into it there seem to be over 15 of us so far .
Yep, still broken here.
I had the same bug but I managed to get it to work, not sure if this fix it entirely. Basically, whenever I clicked on โArenaโ, I noticed I had a split second where the button were clickable. So as soon as I clicked on Arena, I put my mouse cursor over where the โStartโ button was & mashed click. It took me to the hero selection & the bug happened but restarting the game then fixed it all for me.

same issues here, blizzard just dont give a f, 3 days since release and mode is still unable to play as no button is clickable

Iโm affected by this on NA as well. Eu works fine.
For those affected, if you donโt want to restart the game, you can go to Settings โ Misc. โ Credits. Backing out of the credits, drops you back in the main menu.
Can confirm this worked for me as well. Spam clicking while it loaded got me past the bugged screen.
