In the Duels Mode, I cannot start a game. It started a few days ago. When I finished building a duel deck, the button on the right corner didn’t write “Done” but “Back”. After I logged out and logged in again, it’s ready to play, but it always reported “Error”. This condition has lasted for more than 3 days, that it says “There is an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again.” whenever I hit the “Play” button, and I am not able to quit that deck. The problem is that I cannot delete a Duels deck without playing it for at least one game, and I cannot start the first game because of this error. In simple terms, I have no way to delete this deck. I am sure that all the cards in that Duels deck are available in my collection. And I have tried every way to canceled that run but I failed.
I experience the same bug since the latest patch.
I enter the game. Open up Duel, Choose a hero. I choose my cards in the deck. When I click the Done button in the deck builder, nothing happens. After clicking Done button 3 times, it closes the deck builder and returns me to the previous page and my cards are nullified. The build deck button is available. If I try to build a new deck, the same problem happens… I restarted hearthstone and my computer but the problem still persists.

Are you playing from mobile or from PC ?
