Get stuck in arena tab. cannot click anything in the tab. looks like the game is waiting for something to pop up, but there never does. the game does not freeze i just can’t click on anything. i think the game is waiting for an old arena run rewards or something, but this is probably around 10 years ago and the layout of the menu has changed this has been a problem over multible pc’s there is no forfit button i can’t click anything exept friends and the settings, only way to get out of the arena tab is to spectate a friend or restart the client as the back button does not work either.

you are not alone on this have found so far 1 other post about this I am in the same boat as you and have done 3 tickets so far and the best they can say to me is post here so I am letting you know so far 3 of us are like this there has to be a fix coming I hope
I am in the same boat as you guys, recently started playing again and wanted to check out Arena. I cannot get into it. I have tried two mobile devices and now on my laptop and it just stops after getting into the arena screen. There everything just hangs and I cannot push anything.

I’m having the same issue. (Hearthstone on Windows via Battle.NET) When I click on the Arena button from the main screen, I go into the new Arena, but I can’t click on anything in the main area: “Get More” (tickets), “?” (information), “1 Ticket” (to play), and “Back” (to go back to the main screen) are all non-responsive, and don’t even flicker when I mouse over them. (no sound effect for mousing over or clicking, either) However, I can click on the social/friends button (bottom left corner) to see that menu, as usual, and I can click on the gear in the bottom right corner to get the Game Menu. The Game Menu has the Options and Quit buttons, and those operate normally. (Since the Back button doesn’t work, I’m trapped on the Arena’s main screen until I Quit out of the game.)

Exact same issue here as well, just as Wikimancer described with the entire screen apart from the social button being unresponsive.
Same here. That is the opposite of interactive.

Same Issue here. I believe it is an issue with the game mode, but did not find it in the known issues.

I have the same issue, and a ticket told me to come here and post a bug report. Same thing happens on mobile and PC.
Managed to fix it by spamming where the ticket/play button is as soon as clicking arena, atleast this worked for me.
