I have a finished duels run where I never collected the rewards. Now when I hit resume, I see a flash like the vault is ready to open but I only see the screen with the fighting mercs. The screen freezes and won’t let me go back and I have to close the client. This means I can’t start a new duels run, because there is an ongoing run, but I can’t resolve the reward screen. Other modes work fine.

Ok, same here. Was browsing the forums to check if it happened to anyone else. I hope it gets fixed, duels is my go-to mode!
I am stuck in the same problem, but my friend was able to claim his rewards just fine(He was in the middle of a Diablo run). I believe the problem is that I started a run but never chose a class because I did not want to play as them so I would just wait for the reset. Now the reset has come and it will not proceed into the rewards screen because technically it was never completely started I guess?
Nearly the same here, I chose a class but didn’t start building a deck. Now I can’t access duels anymore

Same! I just finished a run, and it was stuck on the vault. I restarted the game, and was able to claim the rewards but now it won’t let me start a new run when I click resume

(tickets are broken too, I cant submit one to ask for a fix)
Same here, hopefully it can be fixed or someone can figure out a temporary work around soon, cant wait to try the new duels stuffs!
Same here. Client crashed after last game. After restarting and clicking on “resume” i´m stuck. neverplayonpatchday
This is extremely frustrating, I can’t play the game…
I have this issue as well, just ended an 8-3 in heroic and I’ve been softlocked in the menu after restarting
