Have had max fishing skills for many months and complete daily fishing quest routinely. Carryover quest (prior to today’s reset) provided 3 terrorfish then no more 60+ casts. Abandoned and grabbed todays quest for ghostfish. Fished for 15 minutes with buff from fishing hat and no ghostfish. I usually can complete this quest in a few casts. Seems character specific as I note other players easily completing while I continue to fish.
