Cannot Build Deck for Duels Run

On PC Version. I started a new duels run with Demon Hunter. When I click Build Deck button nothing happens, my collection does not display and I cannot build a deck. I also have no way to end the run or restart. I am stuck and cannot play Duels.

Have you fully unlocked Demon Hunter class by completing the Demon Hunter Prologue?

We’re also aware that players who have not unlocked the Demon Hunter class can get stuck in a Duels run when trying to play as Star Student Stelina. The current workaround is to complete the Demon Hunter Prologue and fully unlock the class.
