I honestly can’t see why you wouldn’t be able to - you can get 'em from packs, and they’re not special, like some cards, to the best of my knowledge. That said, I haven’t actually checked, so I could be wrong - will check and update in a moment for ya! 
Just checked, and can confirm the option to craft/disenchant is there. That would suggest to me you can, indeed, disenchant them as you like!
