I love battlegrounds but this balance is insane and I’m not paying 15$ to beta test the new patch. Someone should copy the idea and charge 15$ a copy and have a skin store, no paywalls, balance the game and charge a reasonable price so I can uninstall battlenet please.
Good luck with that. These games need teams of at least 15 people working for 8 hours a day for months; and even then it’s hard to recreate the artistic quality of blizzard; they may be mediocre at software and marketing practices but their artists(or their art legacy at least) are easily in the highest percentile of the Industry.
And there’re various trading card games if you google it (you might have to pay a lot more in most of the popular ones (these games seem to prey on addictions of collectors).

I heard there is a similar style game called Storybook Brawl? Ive heard mixed opinions on it. Or you could try find other auto battlers that may be better?

Also you can just uninstall hearthstone/battlenet n play a different card game.

Also, like WoW private servers, that would be illegal then if they caught wind of it n felt it was worth their time, they’d have it shut down through legal means.
I think they meant instead, another different game inspired by BGs, or at least that’s how I took it when I was answering.

I believe that game is dead. Was in beta and then funding dried up.

This is obviously what I was saying, I’m realistically hoping that if I’m annoying enough on the forums they will stop making changes to the game prior to any amount of testing at all.

They don’t read these forums. You are better off going to Reddit or Twitter where the developers actually post. Realistically the biggest discussions are in their private discord between them and the best players.
That’s a marketing guy. The developers either don’t post, or they post under unofficial nicknames.
Nah there are developers that post on those forums all the time. You probably just didn’t notice it since they are Ex pro players or content creators.

Ironically the best players have no real major issues with the game or the meta overall. I personally have no issue with this meta. In fact it’s easily on of the best metas we have had in a while after the last patch. There’s a good mix of everything including control and there some real skill cap decks for those that like that style of play.
