Hi, i got signature lor’themar and i didn’t get free reroll. I was wondering why? Did that happend to anyone else?

any solution to my problem and that of several other people in the community?
Lor’themar is a free legendary already. Re-rolls remove your original copy in order to get a different legendary. Since you can’t lose a permanent/uncraftable card, you can’t reroll lor’themar.
They solved this issue by giving anyone with signature lor’themar 1600 dust.
But I didn’t get dust from lorthemar and lord marrowgar…
Reach out to support. You were supposed to get it.
Marrowgar is a different story. You can’t get signature marrowgar from packs, and marrowgar is a core set card. So it’s all free to begin with and unobtainable in any other way. So you would never get a reroll for marrowgar.
