Can’t play duels due to error

I keep getting the error: “There was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again” when trying to play duels. When looking for solutions online, I saw that this message seemed to be caused due to importing decks using deck codes. I retired the imported deck I was using and tried to start a new run using a deck I created manually, but the error still appears. Restarting the client doesn’t seem to help. Is there any way to fix this?

The person you heard that from was just talking out their butt. I’ve never imported a deck in my life and got the same message.

Could Blizzard let us at least resign our heroic duels so that we can play casually?

It’s because there are hackers that were playing duels creating OP 1 shot turn 1 kill cards and ruined a lot of runs yesterday so they’re trying to sort it out

:((( oh
i hope they fix that

This is caused by the new mini set update making your duels run no longer playable. Support is aware and have said no tavern pass/ refunds will be given. Just forfeit and cancel your runs then pay to try again. Can people remember when GMs used to fix problems instead of just saying oh ok cool what can you do huh.

Experiencing the same issue here but due to it being a run on 0 wins/0 losses, it isn’t possible to retire the run. Is there a workaround available?
