Can’t connect due to unrelated account issue

I can log into Hearthstone using another account but when I try my main account, I get ‘closed the game was unable to log you in through blizzard services’. I have reinstalled and nothing works on both my iPad and iPhone

[Hearthstone] We’re investigating reports of connectivity issues; affected players might also see the shop locked, and/or the Hearthstone mode button unclickable. Other reported symptoms are inability to click Battlegrounds buttons after entering the game mode.
