I wasn’t offered to reroll regular Velarok when i got the diamond one

Going to add to this that I was not offered a reroll even after opening another pack.
same here, I didnt get a reroll for Kurtrus yesterday or today after opening a pack.

edit: I got the signature Kurtrus from a mass pack opening (40 packs) while the normal one was already in my collection.
