Good afternoon, today I faced a violation of the game by the opponent.
04/15/2022 at 10:45, server Europe, a player with the nickname Privetiki applied abuse (played outside the rules) or applied cheat codes using the warrior class, playing the creature Pirate Ship Nelly. After spending all his moves, this intruder repeatedly tried to continue attacking, and eventually when my turn came, he continued to play, eventually defeating me and broke the winning streak.
This action was filmed and posted on YouTube hosting. I ask for help. Please deal with this issue!
I consider this action unacceptable and ask you to ban this player.
Firstly, naming and shaming is against the rules and you should remove the player’s name from your post.
Secondly, this is a bug with the warrior collosal minion. Nellie sometimes causes your game to desync with the Hearthstone server. The other player wasn’t necessarily aware that anything had even happened on your end, and even if they were specifically trying to cheat wins by playing the colossus Blizzard can’t reasonably ban someone just for using a card that they printed, since there’s no way to prove they were aware of the bug.
In the future, closing and reopening your game should fix the issue. You can avoid having your turn skipped if you do it quickly enough after you notice something wrong.
I honestly played a player recently who had blatantly hacked the game to make all of their spells cost 0. They waited till they had 5 mana and stocked up on fire and arcane spells waited for the rope to burn and took me out in one turn (while I was at 30 health!). Blizzard needs to be harder on players that hack and cheat the game its very dishonest and not to mention it makes it hard for those of us who actually play the game fairly and are looking to rank up the normal way. If you want to report the player that did this to you email the Hack team at Blizzard and they will reprimand the player. Hope this helps
Username sharing is not against the rules especially if the player is cheating. It is actually encourage by Blizzard for you to remember the username of the player that is in violation so they can properly reprimand the player who cheated. It is also recommended to remember the exact time the match occurred. Also usernames do not give out any personal information. It is also not a identity compromise because many players on the game have more than one of the same username. I actually have two friends on my list that have the exact same username. Just an FYI since your getting salty
It happened to me too.
My opponent played Nellie, but apparently didn’t discovered the 3 pirates he had too.
Few minutes passed, with nothing happening. And he suddenly played a 2nd round.
In fact, now I understand, with these comments.
I was desynchronized with the server, and I couldn’t see that my turn was passing.
I hope it will be fixed soon, because it made me lose a rank.
Same issue for me ! One more person telling the same story !!! Nellie ând desync ! Blizzard please help us !!
Same. BLIZZARD please fix this ASAP. I had this happen twice now.
As far as anyone knows, it is not possible to “hack the game”.
There are plenty of legitimate ways to reduce the cost of your spells.
Unless you have a game replay or recording, we can only guess what happened.
Blizzard, disable that card plox…
