Bug with Teron Gorefiend, Adaptive amalgam and Death Growl

I have several minions on board.
And I have played “Teron Gorefiend” to “eat” my minions.
And I played 1 mana “Adaptive amalgam”.
And with “Death Growl” given “Teron Gorefiend”'s deathrattle to the “Adaptive amalgam”.
When “Adaptive amalgam” died.
And deathrattle triggered.
Then “eaten” minions are summoned with the visual bugs.

So this is the part that you are reporting as a bug ? Could you detail what visual bugs occured ?

All the summoned minions summoned flat, I am not sure how to describe it properly. Suppose compare a minion with a real coin. It looks like these coins stayed on their edges.
