While playing the Dalaran Heist, I used the Dreamgrove Ring card, and was given the option to summon “The Darkness”. It summoned five copies, but did not shuffle the candles into my opponant’s deck, so it made 5 unusable spots on my board
That’s not a bug. Shuffling the candles into your opponent’s deck is a part of The Darkness’ battlecry, and battlecries only trigger when you play the minion from your hand. Summoning a minion through an effect will not trigger the minion’s battlecry.
