The anomaly of the lobby was having another hero power. I chose Marin for my first and master Nyugen for the second. In the 7 coin turn, the options of master Nyugen suddenly appears only one option, which is the rat king hero power. Every turn after that, before choosing the next, it appears as master Nyugen’s hero power. The option is just a different minion type of the rat king’s hero power, and there is only that option.

I can verify that this bug is still occuring in game. Just completed a Marin game where I chose Nguyen as 2nd power. Didn’t check exact turn number, but 7 sounds correct. The Trinket I took was the one that gives a Tier 6 minion every 2 turns.
Once the bug began, similar to OP, I would only see Rat King hero power as an option, and it would only pop up every other turn.

This just happened to me. Playing as Sire Denathrius, choose Nguyen’s Hero Power. I wasn’t sure which turn it was, but I got to the point where I only had one choice (Rat King), next turn had no choices, next turn had only Rat King again, and then I lost.

This just happened to me as well. Marin as the original hero, Nguyen hero power as the second hero power. After the trinket turn it started to give me just one rat king choice or didn’t trigger at all.
