I just noticed a bug in Hearthstone.
The Shudderwock + Lamplighter combo does no damage to the opponent, preventing me from OTK.
I lost 2 games like this.

shudderwock or shudderblock?
shudderwock will choose a random target when reactivating and shudderblock(standard) does not damage heroes(RTFC)

Just tried this in Standard Hearthstone. Played Shudderblock on turn 7 with 1/2 fire elemental (no battlecry); played Lamplighter that could have dealt 6 damage 3 times for 18 total but dealt Zero instead to enemy hero.
A card that explicitly states that the battlecries can’t damage the enemy hero doesn’t damage the enemy heroes with the battlecries. Amazing…

You can’t damage the enemy hero with the effect of this card.
If you target a minion lamplighter can deal that much damage, but shudderblock says “but can’t damage the enemy hero” so unless you call upon an outside source (invocation from kalimos or brukan hero card for example) you won’t be damaging the enemy hero

That’s because Shudderblock specifically says the triple battlecry cannot damage the enemy hero.
I don’t understand what bug you think exists here. Shudderblock did exactly what it said.
